Brett's Full Bio

Brett is a wife, mom, award-winning interior designer, and serial entrepreneur.

She is the founder and Principal Designer of Lewis & Rose Interiors, a multi-million dollar interior design firm in the Dallas area, and has most recently launched Lewis & Rose Co. as an extension of the brand, focusing on design education, product, and luxury vacation rentals.

After finding out she was pregnant with her first child in 2014, she made a drastic decision to leave her career of eight years in non-profit management to turn her hobby and passion of home styling into a full-time gig. She has now been in the design industry for nearly a decade and quickly became recognized as a strong voice for women entrepreneurs, having been featured in publications like CEOMom and Luxe Interiors, and as regular speaker for entrepreneurial seminars and podcasts.

Her signature style that has garnered national recognition and awards is best known for its rare balance at the intersection of sophisticated and whimsy, refined yet approachable. Neutral palette foundations paired with bold colors, unexpected patterns, and quite frankly, just some fun!

Although a born-and-raised-Texas gal, she graduated with a B.A. from Colorado Christian University. But after living all across the country and the world (NYC, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua), she found herself back in her home state of Texas.

When she's not training for a triathlon, binge-watching weird sci-fi shows with her husband, reading with her daughter, or chasing after her wild-child son, she's brainstorming new designs, writing new business ideas on the nearest napkin, and cheerleading her incredible design team as well as up-and-coming stylists in doing what they do best.

She lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband of 14 years and two kids, Jack Lewis and Annie Rose.
